Pascal doesn't have enough skills to make his extra athleticism a decisive factor.

One of the reasons Hopkins landed so many body shots, was pushing him around the ring rather than him moving around it, is cause he did an excellent job of cutting the ring down, which helped him get closer to Pascal and apply more pressure to make him have to move.

 

I agree. First Hopkins Pascal fight was very active.

I think at the very least hopkins was unprepared for that challenge. It kind of took him back because hes been used to fighters being quite respectful to him. This wasnt trash talking, pascal took a swing at the guy. I dont think it impacts the actual fight though at all.

 

This is the right answer. We are all growing old and dieing off waiting for Hopkins to get old. If he keeps it up he will eventually just fade out in the middle of a fight but trying to predict when it will happen will get costly.

And Pascal does suck. Dawson will knock him out in a rematch if he shows up in any sort of shape to fight.

 

Hopkins is a all time great,..and he won the 1st fight.

Pascal has no boxing skillz.just muscle.he doesnt know how to adjust.
