Calzaghe to come back to face the winner of the super six? I think he might do this, especially if the winner is not Kessler. Calzaghe has already beaten Kessler. If Kessler wins the super six, Calzaghe legacy goes up a notch.

If Calzaghe comes out of retirement to face the winner of the super six and its Abraham, his legacy would go up two notches.

Not if he get's KOed and I can see this happen. Calzaghe slipped this was visible in his last fights. If he does so he should have a tune up to see if he still has it.

If he comes back and beats the heir to the throne again it would do well for his legacy.

I agree Calzaghe slipped a little in his last two fight, but he could beat Abraham on points, as Abraham doesn't throw a lot of punches.

I have serious doubts that he could make 168 again.

I can't see him coming back under any circumstances. Not only has he slipped but he (and everyone in the super 6) can't produce the kind of big-money that would tempt him back into the ring.

Of course he could. The Calzaghe of the last few fights has to be favoured over AA. I just wanted to point out that he already slipped and that it is very possible hat the lay of affected him even more. And if this is so, AA has a good chance beating him.

Cal without question has slipped and coming back would be a mistake ... too much risk for what reward ?

I agree it looks like a long shot. Great fighters always think they have one more great fight in them. Even the retired legends say this.

Clazaghe seems to have a bit of a chip on his shoulder. Facing the winner of the super six will up his status big time.

No, as someone who sees him in the papers every couple of days and on tv all the time (recently) it's clear he's never coming back. His resume will never be anything other than mediocre.

It would be good if he stayed retired. He can bask in his unbeaten record, which would go if he returned.
