My goodness, he tore Quarry's eye open early in their first fight and then seemed to not go near it the rest of the way.
After KO'ing Ingo & Cooper he ran over and bent down trying to help them.
On three or four occasions, he actually tried to help a fighter up after knocking them down.
Darn Floyd, you could have had a little more 'nasty' in you as Andy Griffith would have said.
Guess that would have made him a better fighter but less loved by all us fans of his.

Great shout! Far too much of a gentleman for this sport. Richie Woodhall was always a real gent too. After he got a points decision against Glenn Catley, he shook his head, embraced Catley, and admitted he'd lost afterwards. His fight against Joe Calzaghe was pure class in every way too.

Flowers gave Greb as good as he got in their fights and was dsqd twice in himself.
