Read this article and it actually summed up waht I have been saying for a while - meaning proper channeling.

I had debate with Divac regarding this as he seems to not grasp the concept of proper avenues of doing things.

Here is a good read :

"The second part of the problem here is the fact that if Floyd truly wanted to clean up the sport then why hasn’t Floyd petitioned the Nevada State Athletic Commission to incorporate blood testing into their drug testing protocols? Everything from Floyd has only been

So let me reiterate, Floyd says we need to change the sport but he doesn’t go about changing it through the

the easy obvious response to own your weak thread is that floyd didnt stop his demands with random blood tests with pac and carried them on to his next opponent sugar shane and plans to use these tests for the remainder of his fights, even if he doesnt petition the nevada ath;letic commisions he is policing the sport himself by leading and setting a good example for all other fighters by openly promoting these types of testing... and standing his ground with pac fight, kinda funny shane had no problem taking these tests and to date not a single pac fan has given a legit fact based response for why pac walked away from 50 mill because a 14 day cutoff was not good enough

Can you get off licking his balls already please? That's just gay man.

The number keeps on growing eh. The official guaranteed money is just 20 mil probably add 10 mil more for PPV/Gates revenue if it breaks record.

Jeez! There are tons of reasons, first off is that he agreed to fight Floyd offering 24 days cutoff - stop exaggerating by saying he flatly run away. You being up Floyd's arse just chose not to be reasonable. Bear in mind that hadn't Floyd introduced this new / unique stuff in fight negotiating (blood test) "or" he agreed to 24 days, we should be seeing a Pac/Floyd fight in exactly a month from today (that is if floyd stops demanding after blood test, i.e. revisiting purse split, rematch clause). Second is, Pac is the fighter of the decade / year, the face of boxing. When you are already rich, money isn't everything, pride takes priority. He doesn't want a runner-up running his sport/show. Ya dig?

That is the reason why I think his cleaning up the sport by requiring stringent tests on Pac is just a smokescreen or a ploy to **** Pac off. Why doesn't he at the least petition the Commission on better testing? He doesn't even have to make it a crusade just campaign on it.

he should have suggested it to nsac rather than letting usada conduct the tests..hes not really concerned about cleaning..all he wants is to get out of the fight

PBF wouldn't care less whether they clean boxing or not. He will never be the spokeperson for drug free boxing. He's going to bring it up only when it is to his advantage. He's in for the money!

floyd who walked away from 50 million because of his new found diffident towards normal random drug test?

shane desperately needs the money thats why... after his wife screwed him out from the divorce.

He means, that obviously if someone is really on good faith to police the sport or be the ambassador of clean athletes, what you do is: Do the necessary moves to make it happen. Talk to commission heads, talk to department of sports' undersecretaries, do the agenda in the right forum - that is if you're sincere. Saying you're this and that in the media, journalists and implementing the testing "only" in your upcoming fight (doing nothing, not caring on other fights) isn't really proving you're up to the cost. It just proves that it's one of your failed psychological tactic in a failed negotiation, but you don't want it to be obvious so you're forced to enforce the same clause to the next fight else you'll get obvious.

Simply put, i don't buy his: Undying and Selfless Outcry for peace and cleanliness in the world of Sport for the Almigthy Greater Good.

    I just don't. non-idiots don't.

Getting rid of promoters is the 1st thing that has to be done ..Without promoters we would get the fights that the fans demanded.

Please remember this for all gayweather fans, Pac even agreed that if NSAC will require him to do whatever drug testing gayweather wants him to do, he will do it. He just doesn't want a duck to tell a lion what to do.

That was basically a cop out.

The commission are not going to impose stronger tests just like that, the same way as they wouldn't have came out with a rule that Mayweather had to pay $10 million for every pound he came in over weight if he refused to that demand and said I'll go with what the commission want.

That's why promoters negotiate demands, the NSAC don't want anything to do with it.
