    "Because the Complaint alleges the citizenship of the LLC defendants as if they were corporations, rather than as limited liability companies, the Complaint has not properly alleged the citizenship of those parties.

    Canelo Alvarez now has until September 28 to file a First Amended Complaint.

    This is standard practice in most lawsuits. You start big and try to get people to settle, if they call your b.s. you amend and bring suit. If Canelo really wants to sue, and this isn’t some bluff then his attorneys will amend, refine and ask for quick trial dates.
