Anyone who tries to pick apart Canelo's record is a certified spastic........

The man will clearly will fight anyone.

A world champion at Light Middle who's now fighting champions up at Light Heavyweight after unifying the Middleweight division and being undisputed at Super Middle.

What the **** more do you want

@Quina74 please come to your senses and heed the advice of this good man.
We are so lucky that Canelo has taken the sport on his shoulders and continues to take it to new heights, giving us new thrills and more entertainment over the years than any fighter I can remember. Insecure man childs who try so desperately to pick apart Canelo's record or belittle his achievements don't detract from his greatness or change the impact he has had on the sport. The legacy he is paving speaks for itself and we should be grateful for what he has done and continues to do for boxing.

It's silly that some people interpret performing at a high level as having cards "rigged" for them lol. Judges reward high level defense, slipping punches, counter punching, body shots, effective, accurate punching. It's not a conspiracy that judges favor him, he earns that in the ring by how he performs. Some of these people, for whatever reason, willingly refuse to acknowledge what they see plain as day in front of their eyes. A bunch of nutcases if you ask me.

Oomph power punches combined with flashy defense is what judges look for when scoring rounds. It's a recipe for success in the ring.

This thread is made weekly, obviously Canelo has legitimately “made it”.

Agreed. Canelo is good but his fanboys get on my nerves when they act like he's the GOAT or the second coming of Christ, give me a break. Mayweather outclassed him easily, GGG definitely beat him in the 1st fight and had a close 2nd fight with Canelo and he's 8 years older than him. BJS was doing very well before the orbital bone broke and like you said so was Plant, but he has pillow fists and gasses out in the later rounds so that did him in.

Lol there are plenty that believe the far more deserving Usyk is p4p no. 1. You've got to be a real imbecile to have Usyk over Canelo.
    ]

Entertaining? Okay now I know you're for sure a bot. Canelo Kovalev, Canelo Jacobs, Canelo Plant, Canelo Smith, Canelo Yildrim were all very boring stale "fights". You may claim but they were skillful (which they weren't) but they were far far beyond fan friendly entertaining fights. You're outright talking shite there and you know it.. Are you being serious? Please answer this for once. The above are all Canelo's last few fights. Since GGG (4 years) the only entertaining fight which was good to watch was a Billy Jo
    Lmao
Coming from nothing to millions is praiseworthy. Not the way Canelo achieved it
Roided to the gills, stacks the deck, killed a sparring partner, beat a smaller boxer up for ramming his GF, fixes fights, gets gifts constantly.. What an inspiration lmao

Fanboys gets on my nerves when they say things like this :
You could say Mayweather "outclassed" him, but it certainly wasn't easy for Mayweather. Even after insisting on a catchweight to severely weak Canelo in order to fight him, he could only manage a close Majority decision while getting busted up by Canelo worse than he ever has been in his career.

GGG "definitely" beat him in the 1st fight? GTFOH fanboy. Anyone with eyes can see that was a razor close fight that could have gone either way. Stop being such a drama queen, GGG had all kinds of problems with Canelo in that first fight, the movement, the footwork, the counter punching resulted in GGG being taken to his limit, and barely escaping with a draw. GGG was 8 years older than Canelo, yeah, AND? Canelo debuted at 15 fighting grown men twice his age as a kid!! Canelo outclassed GGG, not the other way around, despite being a much younger man and competing at the weight GGG had been fighting at his whole career for the first time.
BJS was doing OK, he was clearly losing the fight after 4 rounds, he had a good Round 5 by landing some shots that round, that's about it. Then he started to get over confident thinking it was easy and got caught and hurt badly. BJS wasn't doing "very well", he was doing OK, had a good round then got his face smashed. Plant was doing OK, he was keeping it close but was being outclassed. Yes he gassed but Canelo had a lot to do with that. Plant was in survival mode and then eventually got caught and dropped. No one's ever come close to doing what Canelo did to Saunders or Plant, and that speaks directly to Canelo's greatness and effectiveness as a fighter.

    Haha

He clearly wasn't. He was clearly winning at the time of the broken face.

Please, don't make me laugh. What has Usyk done to deserve P4P #1? By outpointing an unmotivated AJ in a lackluster performance? AJ the guy who got beat by a blob of a man Andy Ruiz. I'm sorry but Anthony Joshua as popular as he is, is not a great fighter. Any guy that an out of shape Andy Ruiz can KO is not anything to write home about.

By the way, Canelo has over 3 times as many fights as Usyk, and 3 times as many KOs as Usyk. And Canelo has competed against and beaten far greater more skilled opposition than Usyk. Usyk's great wins - beating a washed up Tony Bellew coming off two laughable wins over one-legged ancient David Haye. You think that's impressive? Beating a 9-loss Chisora by decision? Wowwww.

Usyk had a razor close decision over Briedis, is that his best win. Canelo has won far more close decisions against as good or better opposition than Briedis. Usyk is OK for what he is, but he's not the technical disciplined fighter Canelo is.

Gassiev is a good win, but Huck was far past his prime when he fought Usyk. Be honest, you know damn well Canelo has performed at a much higher level than Usyk has and for much longer. He's more consistent, has better defense, has more flashy and effective punches. Usyk is an above average Cruiserweight, small Heavyweight. He's a good fighter, but he's not anywhere near Canelo's level, not in a P4P sense. Having a cruiserweight or a heavyweight atop of the P4P rankings is inherently absurd as the whole point of P4P is judging fighters "per pound", obviously fighters at lower weights are more technically skilled and agile than Heavyweights so the whole idea that Usyk should be P4P #1 is laughable on its face. Fighters like Spence, Crawford, hell even Lomachenko are far better in a P4P sense, just looking at their skills and performances. I'm sorry but Usyk is good, even great for a Cruiserweight / Heavyweight, but that doesn't translate to the level of skill and technique at the lower weights. It never has and never will. Unless we're talking like Prime mid-1960s Cassius Clay, Prime Larry Holmes or Prime Tyson or something. It would take a transcendent figure at Heavyweight to be in that conversation to compete with younger, more technical and more agile smaller guys in a P4P sense, and Usyk isn't close to being in that conversation.
You calling me a bot is rather humorous since you've been posting repeatedly like a broken record for what seems like ever. Bots don't bring anything new the table, they just post the same drivel over and over again every day like you do. You bring nothing new or interesting to the table, just the same complaining and delusional thinking over and over again. That's what a bot does. Of course those fights you mention were "skillful" if not entertaining. I agree the Saunders fight was a better watch than those other ones, but for many reasons. For one, the venue, the spectacle of that, the record setting crowd. Jacobs got completely schooled, Plant while skilled was utterly hopeless in there. GGG actually came to fight and delivered 2 classics against Canelo, we agree there. Hopefully Bivol will give Canelo as much of a test as GGG did if not more, that remains to be seen but we'll find out soon enough.
He achieved it by taking on the best, fighting in an entertaining fan friendly style. What more could you ask for. If you didn't like the way he was promoted by DLH and Golden Boy, with the catchweights and what not, that's a fair complaint. But you can't put that on Canelo. He didn't negotiate his fights like Mayweather, he just let his team negotiate and he fought whoever they put in front of him. And besides, that gets blown out of proportion. Mayweather, Cotto, and Khan made him agree to catchweights, not the other way around. But we've been over this, we both agree that he's better now that he kicked DLH to the curb and aligned with Eddie Hearn. We see no such weight A-side shenanigans since but you still complain with whatever made up nonsense you can come up with. Give it a rest, appreciate what Canelo has given to the sport.
That's your imagination. Clenbuterol from meat contaminnation does not indicated he's ever taken roids let alone "roided to the gills". LOL You're like the TMZ of this forum, don't believe dumb rumors, it's made up nonsense, you've been duped and you're too stupid to realize that you've been played, you're a tool for believing any of that garbage.

It isn't but it's still really good

All the clowns, and trust me there are absolutely tons of them out there, who are giving him crap for fighting Bivol instead of Jermallo or Boo Boo and claim he's taking the easier option in Bivol are a complete joke.

You can make an argument he's ducked Boo Boo in the past but you cannot make one that either beat or are better than LHW Bivol or present a bigger threat to him than Bivol does.

Clenelo would absolutely wreck Jermallo and although Boo Boo would pose him problems stylistically he, like Jermallo, hasn't ever fought at 168 yet let alone 175 and he hasn't ever beaten a single world champion and I like Boo Boo. Bivol has completely schooled the current WBO LHW champ and former LHW champ Pascal, both of whom would knock Jermallo and Boo Boo out.

In what dimension does Jermallo beat Bivol? And don't get me wrong, Jermallo is a very good fighter. But so is Bivol and he's a better one than Jermallo and a proven LHW and at worst the second best LHW in the world

But Clen is still a deck-stacking loaded dice rolling care home raiding grave robbing ****house

Still more impressive than a reigning Middleweight champion calling out a Welterweight (Kell Brook) for his biggest fight (at the time) and win to date.
