For starters Frank won his case against Morrison. The case against Burns will be heard this summer.

Others cases are still ongoing. Including Hobson against McDonnell/Hearn.

Let's see what the judgement of these cases bring.

 

The Morrison case was for defimation, the burns case is contractual totally diffrent
