Willams was 6ft 2, no need to boost his weight and height by you, Liston paroles who want to make Liston opponents look so good so you can say he fought someone. Louis beat both Baer brothers who were bigger, better and more powerful, he would beat Williams too.
Perhaps I phrased it a bit too strongly but yes. Baer has a lot more wins at world level, and frankly I don't think that the late 50s were better than the mid to late 30s.
I never mentioned Williams weight. Did I say he wouldn't? We know you are a Liston and Williams hater ,its okay,it isn't a secret!
Better be a hater than delusional fan like you who wants to boost some bums record to show he fought someone good. Better be a hater than trying so much to show how overrated guy who lost against LHW, whos best record is draw over Machen and win against Terrel is something special just because you have fetish on Liston hype based on what could or would happens but it did not at the end.
You started overrating someone and boosting his record and height...I said what is next because that is what you do.
This has obviously escaped you but I haven't made a pick here, and I would not pick Williams to beat Louis! Now how about you answer my original question and explain why Louis would employ uppercuts against a taller man?
Why he wouldn't? Where is written that someone who is good at uppercuting is not gonna uppercut some tall man because he is talll...laughable. Tyson uppercuted Douglas, and Louis is 4 inches taller than Tyson.
Louis was famous for his jab, but his money punch was his right cross, and every boxing fan knows it.
