So I did a search and couldn't find this one so, I thought I'd make my own. Who wins this clash of slow, hard hitting titans. Lots of power not much technique, over 15 with a small ring (16ft) for extreme action. Who Wins?
I think that you would have to favor Baer, because he has a lot more wins at the elite level, an a much better chin. Outside of the above, I don't see that much separating them.
Baer more proven with the better chin. Could go either way really. If I put money on it, my money goes on Baer to stop him.
I wouldn't call Williams slow his hand speed was very respectable,he also had a decent jab.Max had by far the better chin though and that would probably be the decider here.
Baer. i think Baer tries to mug for the camera but a shot by the Big Cat knocks that smirk of Baers face. Another shot and Maxie realizes he probably should try to mount something other then a song and dance routine. He throws a few shots of his own.. All right handers of course the Battle see saws for another Round Until Baer knocks him out Followed by comedian skit that Big Cat fails to find humor in.Liston is caught on camera laughing at the Big Cats misfortunate
Would be a fight along the lines of Moorer vs Cooper with a ferocious brawl of shifting momentum. Baer chin the difference and stop the Big Cat in 5 rds.
