Hey people. I watched the first fight again last night and scored it a draw. In your opinion, should they have a rematch, which fighter would come out on top?

From performances after the fight I believe Bellew has improved and Cleverly has remained at the same level.

i scored the fight to cleverly by 1 round think unfortunately for bellew his inexperience at that level showed and he ran out of steam and i also think clev understimated him.

i think bellew has improved by far of learning to pace himself more as he is maturing nicely as a fighter tho his recent opponents have been horrendous though not his fault.

clev i have a lot of sympathy for as he gets load of abuse but i think he does want big fights they just havent happened

Cleverly wins again. Bellew hit him with with his best shots and Nathan didn't even flinch.

Scored the first fight to Bellew on the night. Watched it back and scored it a draw. Watched it a few times since and still feel a draw is the right result.

A rematch would be interesting. Cleverly's not as **** as most people say and has a great engine. Bellew has fantastic boxing skills and is a bit more seasoned now, he'd be able to pace himself better. Based on recent performances, I think Bellew may just edge it next time.

I think Bellew in the first fight boxed really well but got his tactics slightly wrong. He gassed in the last couple of rounds that gave the fight to Cleverly on my score card. In a rematch he may do better not to put so much into the first 6 rounds and let Cleverly come to him a bit more, attack smartly from behind the jab but don't expend so much energy trying to back him up on to the ropes. Rely more on the counter and finding the gaps rather than just trying to grind him down. Say what you like about Cleverly but he has a good chin and a good work rate and as the younger man I don't think Bellew will be able to out work him to get the result.

Bellew wouldn't gas in a rematch and would win it quite comfortably.

    Cleverly hasn't improved.

Would love a rematch but dont think its gonna happen. Warrren and hearn are like the british goldenboy and top rank. they wont do business together. especially cause they wud both want it on there own channels

Would love to see below snag a title and them to have a unification here in the UK, doubt it with their current promoters though,

Clev won the first fight easily [117-112 and 116-113 on two of the cards] in Bellews backyard and with a training injury, Clev would win any rematch by a beatdown.

    Cleverly wins the rematch.

I don't think Bellew has improved, he has showed allot more to his game! That most of you people did not know he had! that is all.

I just think Cleverly has this Calzaghe syndrome.

Bellew has shown us that he can box, but the reason why he is boxing allot more is..? Because i don't think he can hurt these guys at World level, i think his power is totally overrated.

And i don't think he can work at a intense pace for very long.

Cleverly has not got great power, but like i stated before...

    He has Calzaghe syndrome.

His punches are like a Virus, which have a slow accumulative degenerative affects upon on the body.

I felt the first fight was class, Very close. Have no arguements for it going to either man or a draw.

Who wins a rematch?. Well i feel Bellew's made the more improvements in opposition since (before he only really faced domestic fighters) and also feel he's mentally settled down and made some technical refinements.

Cleverly however hasn't faced a single test since (jokes aside) and i haven't seen much variation or improvements on weaknesses. I felt he gained control when Bellew tired but before that he didn't have any real answers to Bellews jab and tidy boxing.

Also i look at who can change or switch things up from the first fight. Who can do something different or go to another gear. And for me i go with Bellew because since then he's pushed on and looks the better all round fighter.

I thought Cleverly pulled away late on after a fast start by Bellew. Cleverley's hand speed & talent eventually told. I recon the same would happen again in a rematch. Cleverly is more talented.
