He was in shape at 188. He's not going to look bad at all at 200.

At 220 or 230 he'd be fat, definitely. But loads of 220 and 230 fighters have been fat and "pretty good". It's really not saying much.

 

Probably. But that's good enough to be pretty good still.
Not necessarily a legit contender but still capable of punching some bums into oblivion.

 

Oh yeah totally, if that's the level he was fighting at. You would never hear of him though, as he would be beat before contender stage
