man, that cant be a 70 lbs. bag, its way too small. and all the other stuff u should follow. i seriously doubt u have much gym experience, if any...
You've got good handspeed, especially at the beginning when you were shadowboxing, but like the other posts say, your footwork needs improvement. That's not how you move in boxing.
Wow, that's really funny. I didn't even realize it looked like that. I was actually doing an ali shuffle, I guess it looks like I'm shaking my ass because you dont see my feet. Ass shaking probably distracts the opponent better. Anyone try it? Thanks for all the comments, Let me clarify the situation a little: I wasn't planning to do any boxing, plans got delayed and I didnt feel like changing so I just took off my shirt and my friend had his laptop setup so I just flipped it on. I don't think I'm ripped in fact if you read the video blurb I say im pretty out of shape. This was 4th of 4 rounds so yea I was sweating a bit. You guys are right I don't have that much gym experience, I really am lookin hard to find a suitable situation/gym. Thanks for the footwork comment, my footwork is definitly a weakness, I was kind of experimenting with simultaneous (sp?) movement, like both my feet in the same direction together here. You have such strong emotional responses man, you must be pretty sensitive. I'm gonna watch what I post around this guy out of respect for his feelings.
Right not having a go but if you want some serious advice then take your training seriously and get to a gym. I wont be posting any videos for a while and i have been to a boxing gym (which im currently away from) but i wouldnt post a video for months 1 because id be wasting peoples time, 2 cos i would trust my trainers advice more than people on this forum (no offence lads im sure you feel the same). Nothing wrong with being a complete beginner i nearly am but dont expect people on a forum to give you pointers from scratch without you even trying a gym first. Good luck mate and keep it up dont get discouraged everyone walks in the gym more or less **** :good Just join a gym and ignore the excuses thats what i did and havnt looked back, just a shame im in a different country at the moment ( pretty big excuse lol, but a valid one)
