Well, boxing is his passion still. It's in his heart (as he gestured after the Joshua fight).
But a comeback..? No. He's too old, let's face it.

I think it’s a slight tease. Kinda of like this...

Wlad ALWAYS stays in shape and still has awesome power. Not prime anymore but would still be a serious threat to any HW in the world.

Only reason he retired is because he is no longer the top guy. Could obviously continue on while beating smaller fringe contenders and journeyman.

So after taking a PED pumped Joshua to the brink and almost KOing him and winning the fight on one of the home field cards before the stoppage... the best he could do is beating “Smaller Fringe Contenders and Journeymen” in your mind? Lol! Keep hating there sport

And the reason he retired is being 41 and not as into it anymore. It tends to happen by that age and 70 fights.

I wouldn't bet against him coming back and beating anyone in a 1 off..70 fights man, that's a long old career !

Not hating on Wlad at all.
What i meant is that he is no longer the number 1 guy and that is why he chose to retire.
And maybe i should have clarified but it but i dont think he could only beat contenders and journeyman. He can still beat top contenders but not the best in the division.

I was quite a fan of Wlad when he was active.
