    It was like 5 grand. It was awful. Huge Rios fan.

    I, myself, was pleased, I love Alvarado, and he's a really nice guy.

    There are five outcomes in boxing that I wish I could have mortgaged my net worth on. That is one of them.

    Mike Tyson getting his ass whipped would have bought me an island in the Caribbean. That would have been immensely satisfying.

    They did :lol: One had Mike winning almost every round.

    The worst scorecards in history. Mike didn't even win the round he got the knockdown in.

    Not even Larry Rozadilla had it right, should have been 89-81, or 89-82 in the best case for Tyson.(Being very generous) (Even 81 might be generous considering you could have given Douglas 10-8 rounds because he was outlanding Tyson like it was Golota-Bowe)
    First six rounds douglas landed 23 punches per round against Tyson his 9 punches per round

    Also is it possible to give Douglas a 10-7 round for round 9 as he landed thrice as much as Tyson? (37 against 12)

    Luckily Don King paid the judges and not the ref.

    Had it been 12 I think Uchida would have given Tyson an 1 point edge giving Tyson a MD win over Douglas.
    Had that happened those judged including Don King should have been clubbed to death

    I rarely bet, let alone bet on boxing. With incompetent judging, corruption, bad stoppages it's even more risky than it may seem. However, I bet on Alvarado in the rematch. The odds were just way too steep. I actually scored the fight a draw, however.

    Here's a close bout seldom mentioned--Weaver over Bert Cooper. Mike was supposed to be the victim and just didn't comply. Close fight, but Weaver won the fight and that was about the last defeat cooper could afford to take and his paydays really dropped off the radar screen.
