I am considering flying out to Vegas in early May to see a friend of mine, and I chose this time because I know it will be electric in the city that weekend. I can't find tickets without taking a mortgage out on my house, does anyone know what the deal is with the closed circuit viewing? is it worth a 50 spot?

Is it basically a movie theatre with the fight on?? is the crowd nice and rowdy?

I've had to do it twice. It's basically like watching the fight in a ballroom, with a big-screen (projection) TV. Now, this was a LONG time ago, perhaps it has gotten better. I hated it to be honest. Yes, the crowd was a bit loud, it was hot, uncomfortable, etc.

You want rowdy? Find out where all the Pinos are going... and go there.

Believe me, I saw Pac/Morales II on closed curcuit with a bunch of drunken Pacimanics and it was as wild as it gets! Well worth the $$, that night.

wow ok, two conflicting viewpoints. I'm thinking it would be fun either way, with the brits or the pinos
