Happen to catch this fight on TV last night and got me thinking. Over the course of his career and the many Champions beaten, only two have earned a rematch. Which of these fight's in your opinion is closer.

    Mayweather-Castillo I or Mayweather-Maidana I.
For me it's Maidana I, I usually score the Castillo fight in line with the judges. I've always felt JLC II was closer, and JLC I is only close if you give him both pt deduction rds.

Maidana I, I thought could be a draw depending on how you score a 2/3 close swing rds. What say you?

Castillo as Castillo actually won the fight. I am aware that Mayweather was hurt but well, he lost.

Maidana wasn't a one sided win as usually, but he still won the fight without any question

Castillo I. , I thought Floyd won, but I can definitely see why people would have wanted to give the nod to Castillo. Maidana I. really wasn't a very close fight. It was just competitive

Castillo easily. That fight is arguable but I honestly can't see how anyone could even score the Maidana fight a draw.

Floyd clearly won that. The Castillo fight? I could go 115-113 either way.

Idk every time I've seen the fight I had Mayweather up 6-0 to start the fight and can easily find 1,2 more in the second half of the bout.

When I first saw the Castillo fight I thought PBF won and was shocked by the punch stats, I was legitimately nervous waiting in the score for Maidana I live.

Interestingly enough I saw the sky sports version of Castillo I and they had Mayweather winning by 2/3 pts.

Both clear losses. Castillo beat that ass clear.

    :deal

Maidana, you could make a case for a draw if you're a Flamo.

    :deal

I can see anything from 6-6 to 9-3 for Maidana I imo Maidana won 3 clear rds PBF 6 with 3 50/50 rds that could go either way.

PBF-JLC 1 was closer PBF beat Maidana 8-4 clear, Maidana did nothing in the second half of that fight. PBF-JLC was 7-5 PBF it was closer.

I've watched the Floyd-Maidana fight a few times and I always score it 116-112. You could have it one round closer I suppose but I just can't possibly give Maidana 6 rounds.

Castillo I was the closer fight. I had Floyd winning that Maidana fight by a 7-5 type decision.

IMO Castillo II is closer than Castillo I, watching the HBO version compared to Sky is like night and day as far as how the announcers saw the fight's.

The commentary didn't influence me it was just interesting, that listening to HBO you'd think the robbery of the century took place. While Sky had Castillo needing a KO headed into the last 2 rds.

For me from the 1st time I saw the fight back in the day til now, I thought Castillo II was closer.
