As we all witnessed last week in the fight between Clottey and Pac that one fighter just came last 12 rounds and another fighter came to fight!!

What Eddie Chambers did today was an exact replica of what Clottey did last weekend versus Pac!

When you have an opportunity to fight a champion you must have that mind set that you are the champion!

I never say that a boxer deserves to get knocked out for being such an uncompetitive opponent but when you fight half-ass and are not willing to take the fight to the champion no matter if you get KO'd then it seems as if in some poetical justice that you get KTFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some people ask if Mike Tyson would beat any of the Klithcko's and in my opinion I say yes because he has that KILLER instict that I haven't seen in the HW division for years!!!!!!!!!!

Oh didn't you hear? Clottey and Chambers were paid to lose because that would be in their best career interests :patsch :smoke

Agree but it's difficult to dictate the fight when your opponent has too much physical advantage. Floyd did the same thing against Baldomir but the difference is Floyd won.

At least Chambers has a good excuse. His opponent was much bigger and longer than him. Wlad also hits like a sledgehammer with both hands and rocked Chambers early. Chambers did try to open up at times and had no success. Clottey is much bigger and longer than Pac. He was never hurt in that fight and actually had some success when he let his hands go.

Chambers didn't go to the body with any authority during the fight and allowed Wlad to use the jab to keep him at bay!!-(

Tyson was 5'11 and he fought guys who were 6'4 and 6'5 with 80 inch reach's with no problem!!

At times during a fight you must be willing to engage in vicious exchanges in order to show an opponent that you are not afraid and thats something you haven't seen in boxing since the 90's!!!

Eddie did not have any of the tools needed to overcome Wlad Klitschko's advantages. Wlad has a tremendous size advantage and he uses it better than anyone out there today. He also had the edge in experience. I think Eddie thought he was safe and had made it the distance. Then, BOOM!! Wlad gets in a sneaky left hand to save the win from being a total "loss of face" to his haters.

Wlad is too big to box some of these guys as safe as he does. I think that is what gets him so much flak. He should be "pulling a Ray Austin" on a lot more of his recent opposition. That's the result he would get if he imposed his will more on the people he's been reduced to fighting lately.

It's not Wlad's fault that the opposition out there is so much weaker. Heavyweights today are less conditioned, less experienced, less skilled, and a lot of them have no business being in the division at all -- such as Chambers, Ibragimov, Byrd, etc. Next up are Haye and Adamek. Neither will ever beat a Klitschko brother. Povetkin will not either.

Someone we don't know much about needs to show up and give one of these guys a legacy fight. Seeing Wlad in a fight where he gives as much as he gets (then he still wins) would be great. Vitali may have lost to the oldest and clearly the most out of shape version of Lennox Lewis, but that fight defined his legacy better than any of his other wins.

Watching Wlad press for that knockout was pretty interesting though. :rofl

Chambers couldn't do anything at all against Wlaidmir because he was at a tremendous size disadvantage.

Clottey is bigger then Pacquiao at least.

    You said
"Chambers was outweighed by 50 pounds" Were you trying to say that was an advantage or disadvantage? :nut

To be fair to Chambers, he tried some power shots, but kept missing, he threw fast combos, but didn't have enough power, and all this while eating laser jabs for 12 rounds.

When you can see the bruises on a black guy's face you know the punches must be hard.

You are looking like a fool here, man. You apparently didn't know that Freddie Roach put something in Clottey's food.

...Foul play is not Clottey's fault. What you should also know is that Manny Steward also does this. It's actually why the HW division looks like "****" against Wladimir.
