Clottey and Wright comparisons...

Mosley should be allowed to wear head gear.
Clottey will butt, It's in his contract.

 

Yes any fight with clottey in it the opponent should be allowed to wear head gear....
Or have a head weigh in before the fight !!!!

I agree with you however i think Clottey has more power.

 

I've personally always seen their comparisons because of their defense and the high risk low reward type of opponent they are. Not really that much stylistically.

 

Clottey has a big head...doesnt have winky wright's jab...Both got good defense...clottey got more punching power both got good chins...idk what else? stamina both possibly

 

I think Akon hits harder but yes they are very different.

 

I think it was Emmanuel steward who also noticed the quartey comparison. Both from ghana of course. And ok Clottey doesnt have the jab or workarate of Wright but he does have great defence, faster hands and an iron chin.

 

Be a good fight. I think Mosely wins it but you can't be too sure. Clottey is more like Paul Williams long lanky and throws 100 punches a round.

 

They both have the same defensive styles. That's where the comparison ends. It's like James Toney, Steve Forbes and Floyd Mayweather....all use the shoulder roll defense, all very different fighters.

 

No, he's not Winky, but he's still a very solid technician with above average defense and a great chin. These are things we've seen trouble Shane in the past, especially in the Winky fights. People are just taking these aspects of his style and comparing them to Winky, but forgetting how much better Winky was offensively.

I agree with the Quartey comparison, they're also both very strong physically.
