Sorry but you can't question the chin of anyone, anyone at all when you're a confessed fan of a bloke who was rendered unconscious by Sven bloody Ottke.

I have not followed his career that closely, and you are right on that. I think he got caught out for being double minded. Fight for a title and win against handpicked/bearable opponents.

Im getting soft I guess, but i see him as a fighter. He has skills. He did Australia proud for a while. His character is what it is. He is a better fighter than his detractors will ever admit.

Sometimes you have to walk in another mans shoes to see what is otherwise invisable to everyone else.

    Peace.

I dont care that he lost. I just wonder why he is hated to the point that his own countrymen cheer when he loses thats all. I guess idont have to listen to whatever he says all the time like you guys do......:rasta

Sometimes bombing a try in a grand final can lead to hatred for life.

Mundine has gone from dropping Mayweather's name to dropping names like Green, Geale & Soliman.

Geale beats this version of Mundine every day of the week. Green, at any weight he's comfortable at, would KO Mundine; and Soliman would be no less than a 50/50 chance.

You make a good point regarding Green. If Mundine did fight him again and got KOed he'd have very little to brag about career-wise other than his bank balance.

Mate the last thing Mundine should do is fight Green unless he's broke. Green is a 2 faced, contradicting himself, wanker who has made his career and fortune off Mundine. As bad as Mundine is he at least he doesn't put on the nauseating, fake facade that Green does. To give Green credit he plays it well and has the press and alot of the uneducated public fooled.

If Mundine wants to fight again he should fight domestic guys like Hogan, Sherrington and maybe even Garth Wood again.

This is 2014 not 2006. Mundine's hip is shot,he has lost speed, his NRL injuries as well as father time have caught up with him. Green is a one dimentional, slow as treacle fighter but he has some good fundamental boxing skills and doesn't rely on speed, reflexes, evasive ability like Mundine. Mundine might steal some early rounds but Green catches a 2014 Mundine and KO's him.
