If u talkin about clottey knocking out collazo then i guess he has more punching power than mosley, hatton and rivera, clottey couldn't even knock out r.i.p. corrales.

Clottey in a late round tko...this is a very dangerous fight for both fighters. This is a flat out bargain, 35k..is an insult to these guys to be honest. Considering that there promoters get a certain percentage, then their trainers, sparring partners, and they will get with hit with taxes. I wonder how much they will really take home.

i dunno, i honeslty think i could host this **** in the stadium near my house and get more money for the fighters and make out. too bad the politics wouldnt let me do it. I think the hershey stadium near wear i live is like $2,000 for one night.

For 35K it could be a FNF Main Event, it would be an awesome ESPN show, seriously why not?

    Mississauga?
I remember going to a Bryon Mackie fight a couple years back .. from the amount of parked cars there and the attendance you would've thought Ali came out of retirement!! The beer lines were 60+ ppl at times. Let's do it!! :D

Collazo by wide UD. He will show how limited Clottey really is.

That would be a decent payday.....if they were fighting in the UFC.

I'm amazed at how people still believe Clottey has ANYTHING to offer against any top level WW's. Collazo will win this one at a near shutout, even styles favour Collazo.

Clottey is no chump. He got goods. He will definitely be competitive but I think Collazo would get a close Decision in a good tactical fight. But they should at least be making 30k a fight for the level of fighters they are. They are outside the top 5 in the hottest division in boxing. Ridiculous. Both have a lot to gain and a lot to lose with this fight. They should be paid decent. ****ing ***** ass Arum and other promoters.

Didn't say Clottey was a 'chump'. I also never claimed that he was lacking in talent or skill, he just simply has WAY too many problems to be a top class fighter.

For one, he doesn't deal well with a mover. Then the hand problems, stamina problems and so on and so on. He simply is not a well enough package to compete at the top level and he also does not hit very hard, lacking the ability to turn the course of a fight he's losing and when he's out of gas.

It annoyed me when Clottey became overrated due to his early success against another overrated fighter in Margarito, because they assumed that Margarito was all he was made up to be, they automatically assumed a guy hammering him early on also had to be and the cycle continue's.

    Collazo wide UD.

We know you have studied his weakness. I am just wondering, Amsterdam, what are Clottey's strengths, in your opinion?
