I know most people on here will disagree with me but listen for one second and let me explain. Everyone knows Judah is a frontrunner as Mayweather called him. Everyone knows Clottey is a defensive counterpuncher. Clottey is a very techincal fighter and apparently watches tapes of opponents fight(Mayweather fight against Zab showed the weakest of Zab's defense against straight rights, left hooks, and uppercuts) which Clottey later mention. Put all them together and you will see why he was going to win this fight based on that. The first two rounds Clottey lets Judah fight and use some of his energy. Rounds 3-5 Clottey becomes more aggressive and put punches on Zab while blocking Judah's punches. The next round Clottey lets Zab expel more energy while he sits there and blocks most of the shots. Then from there goes on walking zab down (blocking his shots) while landing his own. We all know how well Zab does with pressure however far better tonight then some of his other fights. The damage could be seen on Zab face and his output drop dramatically. His punches had less power while Clottey remained the same. So tell me how else could he have fought Judah when all these things work in his favor especially once Clottey knew he could take Zab's punches. Now I am no expert but doesnt it make sense to let Zab waste his energy on blocked punches. It makes more sense to win some early rounds against Judah because halfway through the fight Judah would start to tired out. At least Clottey didnt let Judah win the first six and then turn it up or he would have lost the fight after the judgement came down. The most important things is that he keep pressure on Zab , had good defense, made him wear out and put punches on him. That' s why I say he fought a good strategic fight but not great.
