The only thing that I can think of that would be somewhat negative is that he wished he would've had some people from his camp watch them wrap his hands. "They didn't send anyone to our room, so we didn't send anyone to theirs."

I understand you are a patriot and defend your people, but you must learn to loose. So you are stupid and reacting like a moron, when somebody has not the same opinion with you.

no, i read something on the scene of boxing where it was like a week after margo-mosley, where cotto kinda snapped something out i cant remember what it was but it was kinda toungue and cheek smart ass comment, and then i saw the ESPN interview a week after the margo fight with tony, where he got real pissed when they mentioned cotto's comments, and margo said in spanish translated to english......he can come re-match me in mexico and it will be the same result.....

there was a period right after the margo-mosley fight cotto said some ****, but it was very brief.

There were various other posters in this forum that blasted your post. The problem is that you are posting a falsity and not an opinion.

You don't know what bitching or crying is apparently. Also, he praised Margarito before the incident. After the incident all he said was something along the lines of "Margarito could have played with not only my life but others as well"

Crying and bitching would be "If Margarito hadn't cheated against me, I would have beaten him because I am the better boxer". You want another example of what crying and bitching is? You heard of a guy named Bobby Knight? THAT'S CRYING AND COMPLAINING. :hi:

To be fair Cotto could have made a much bigger deal about it but he didn't. He let it go, and if he makes a small comment here and there (valid comments) then you can hardly hold it against him.

He was the one getting pummeled in there, not us. It isn't easy for a warrior to lose the way he did.

Fair enough. You have to look at both sides though. Clottey against Cotto. What was Clottey's reaction after he lost? Crying to Arum that he didn't want to box anymore. If you could understand the frustration (I do because the fight was really close) for Clottey, then certainly you can't call Cotto a sore loser.

the bottom line is cotto needs to take a trip to mexico and rematch tony, then the loser will most likely be done, if margo wins it, when we know it will be fair this time, then margo is back in the game....if he loses he looks like the cheat that he is, and cotto will look like a undefeated figher again....personally i think we will get the same result as the first fight(but thats for another thread)

cotto has no business with manny pacquaio after the way he looked saturday, tony has his confidence and soul sitting in a jar in tijuana as we speak, and i'm being serious......

he needs to face antonio margarito again if he wants to have a future and same goes for tony.

You are right,Clottey was demoralized after the Cotto fight, but i seen him after a few day and he is ok now.Is verry hard to loose a fight at this level and this can affect fighters moral.Cotto i think didn't recover totally after Margo fight.Hope he will, boxing needs a fighter like him,Clottey and others.

Cotto was supposed to fight Margarito instead of Clottey until Margarito got caught trying to cheat. The reason that the rematch did not occur was not Cotto's fault. Cotto was the one that requested the rematch after only taking one comeback fight after the loss.

So now Cotto has to go to Margarito's country (hometown) and provide him with a high-profile fight and a high pay day as his recompense for cheating. Yep that makes sense.

So Cotto has no choice being in the ring after his performance on Saturday? I didn't realy like his performance in Saturday but you can't pretend like the cut did not affect the fight or his performance.

Cotto has to face Margarito to have a future.???..lmao.
