Sh*t, I like Clottey. If he'd ever close the show against an elite fighter, I'd use a nicer term.

Show me where I said marg should rematch clottey. I could care less about clottey, he's always been overrated imo. Maybe your getting me confused with someone else.

no one said hatton was washed up before the fight. people were saying he was too big for pac and floyd was doing a great job making him more defensive minded. hatton never lost at 140 until he met pac. he was the king at 140, clottey was a contender so i have to go with pac.

I can also see that side of it. You guys make a very valid point.

I went with Clottey because was he was the tougher out.

Even though Cotto had to overcome adversity against Clottey, had it not been for that 1st round knockdown, Cotto would have lost. Hell, Clottey could have won despite the knockdown. Pacquiao's win over Hatton was in a fashion that is beyond impressive. I don't see how anyone could say that Cotto's win was better, because he only arguably won. Pacquiao mopped the floorr with Hatton.

If Pac made it look harder to beat Hatton this poll would've been different. If Cotto KO'd Clottey in the 2nd rd, this question wont even get raised.

Fighting a guy like Clottey when you're not @ a 100% is surreal... doing it when u have a chance to say "no mas, let's go to the cards" when you know you r gonna get an easy W, iS PRICELESS!!
