"Pacquiao is human just like I am, and not a superman as many regard him. I see the fight as a big platform which outcome will not only open more doors for me, but will place the name of Ghana on a higher pedestal. I’m not going into this fight because of the purse, but I have my eyes firmly glued to the title and will definitely destroy him to shock the world. I have antidotes to southpaws, no southpaw has defeated me in my career."

    170 vs 148! DAYUM

There will be a 22 pounds difference when they fight! I'd like to see how Manny Pacquiao would beat Clottey.

As much as I would like it, I doubt Clottey would pull this off. I think Pac is waay to active for him and I dont think he is aggressive enough in the later rounds to close the show....

Man, after so many times I've been proved wrong by Pacquiao, I'm reluctant to go against him. But, Clottey has a damn good chance of pulling the upset.

The way I feel now, after the May/Pac fiasco, I would like to see both Pac and Floyd get their asses destroyed!

not a pac fan anymore, because of his inconsistancy's as a person but i cant see how clottey as limited as he truly is will pose a threat, it doesnt matter how much he weighs he doesnt have dynamic ko power, only surface boxing fans assume because of his size he is a big banger, hes not, he does have thudding power but his doesnt even equal cotto, clottey is a less active better defensive cotto, tailor made for pac, he is a slow plodder who doesnt fire back and faded late in fights, this fight is about as much of a cherry pick as you can get, only pac fans are trying to hype clottey to make pac's feat more impressive when he devastates clottey in a similar fashion to cotto except i do think clottey makes it the distance in a one sided affair.

Clottey has a nice lead right straight, with 170 pounds + technique and momentum and timing behind it. Perfect for an offensive minded southpaw.

I don't think he'll come in 170. He did that against Corrales, but that fight was at a limit of 149 (if I'm not wrong on that).
