"Hopefully, we can make that fight happen again," Scolpino said. "There's no reason why Josh can't fight again before the end of the year and we're obviously open to getting back in there with Antonio."
Arum has said Margarito will return Nov. 1. Before Clottey-Judah, Arum said he wanted to match the winner with Margarito in a unification bout. Scolpino also said they'd be willing to fight titleholder Paul Williams in a unification match.

"As long as the money is right, we'll fight anyone," Scolpino said. "Josh doesn't run from anyone. He never has before and he's not going to start now."

Clottey has now called out Williams, Berto, and Margarito. He's not playing around. Meanwhile, Margo is chasing after Hoya, Williams is chasing after Margo, and Berto is hoping none of them seriously tries to fight him. Will anyone step up to the plate and fight Clottey? I used to be critical of this guy. However, after he beat Zab I'm convinced he's the real deal. Let's hope someone else gives this guy a shot this fall. Williams-Clottey or Margartio-Clottey sounds good to me.

I wouldn't mind seeing Clottey-Williams. I'm sure Williams would take him up on his challenge.

I bet you if Margarito doesn't step up, Williams will go after Clottey.

I'm sure Bob Arum wants Clottey to unify with Margarito..
If not, then he'll have to fight a contender cause that would most likely mean Arum and Schaefer will discuss Margarito-Mosley for the end of the year.

Eventually i would love to see Cotto vs Clottey in a tight matchup favoring Cotto but either way this would be a great matchup.:bbb

I really don't see how Cotto would be favoured, once again he's in the ring with a guy physically stronger than him, crazy chin, and got crazy stamina! seems to be the mix to beat Cotto, On top of that Clottey is the type of guy who gets stronger as the fight goes on, Cotto would win 1-6 than get discouraged by Clottey shakin his best shots off like nothing just like he did with Margs, CLottey will proceed to take 6-12 and win the sd because judges seem to favour the latter rounds above the earlier ones

Only person that has a chance at beating Clottey is Williams & Mosley.

I think Clottey can beat Berto. Berto has not fought anyone. Plus everyone knows that Clottey can take Margaritos punchs.

He won't get Berto until 2009 at the earliest. Berto already has a late September date lined up.

This is exactly what Bob Arum is desperately trying to do to keep some of the pressure off of his cash cow Margarito. He'll sacrifice anyone's career at this point (Clottey, whomever) to insulate Margarito from having to risk losing a mega payday. Having Clottey call out Williams is the ONLY thing that would keep the inevitable media and fan pressure off of Margarito.

But unlike Margarito, Paul is going to fight him if this keeps up.
