Same old tune Margo fans! Keep deluding yourself that he didn't have any injury. 75% dropoff in punchrate from punishing Margo to throwing nothing in round 5 and no workrate the rest of the fight. Keep deluding yourself its what we Clottey fans want!

THe same way he faded against Judah who he was going to TKO... right.. or the way he faded against Corrales.... or Cruz. And if he faded against Margo, why didn't Margo just knock him out and be done with it?? I just can't wait for the shock on these boards when the 'upset' happens!

Problem is this ain't a boxer like Cotto, or a no-defense shaky chin brawler like cintron. He don't run, Clottey loves a fighter that comes to him, makes his night easy.

 

He doesnt want a guy who can out fight him because he is too defensive minded ala Winky Wright. He picks his spots but with Margarito you have to do more than that with his style. Margarito will outwork him again and win a clear UD. Besides his body is always open since he always covers his face and Margarito is a great body puncher.

 

Proves my point a la delusional! Only thing Winky Wright and CLottey have in common is the high guard. Completely different styles friend.

 

Uh, they cover up then hit back. How is that different besides one being a southpaw in a higher division and the other at welterweight who just won a world title? :huh
