You say Clottey is a punching bag, that Malignaggi would be better and that this is a joke fight. Sounded to me like you were saying Clottey was pretty much garbage.

You think Malignaggi is really slick cause he tries to be. He got whooped by Hatton ffs. Shouldn't he be tailor made for Paule? :nut

Clottey is a way better opponent.

 

It's not that Clottey is garbage, it's just Manny is just a beast...with the high expectations on the Mayweather/Pac fight, it seems like any other fight (besides a Mosley bout) is deemed "unacceptable"

 

I know I don't want this fight to happen because there are better possibilities.

 

style vs style, clottey is a super tough boxer puncher with an average Defence and a good offence, not much of a lateral mover more of a come forward fighter with pretty good power and isnt known as much of a counter puncher.
looking at it from a pure stylistic standpoint clottey is a good matchup for manny.
clotteys gona get hit, alot, and unless your expecting clotteys toughness to carry him through the fight i honestly dont see what grounds people are basing this as a competitve fight under

 

id love to see manny fight bradley or JMM again or some one who will be more of a fighter against manny and less of a punching bag
