Beterbiev, Gvozdyk, Mekhontsev, Skoglund, Browne, Shabranskyy will all be in the mix by the next year or two.
I'm wondering if Beterbiev could move down to 168lbs for his first title shot. The light heavyweight division is stacked and there is no way the bi guys (Hopkins, Stevenson, etc..) will want to fight him. But a guy like Bika (WBC / 168lbs) could accept if the money is right. Could Artur make the weight tho?
I doubt that very much. He also fought up at heavy as an amateur and he hasn't even managed to make 175 for any of his pro outings yet. He was 184¾ for his debut and the lightest he's weighed as a pro is 179¾.
