Both fighters are very flawed. Pascal gasses faster than Fat Dan Rafael after a chili cook-off. Cloud is game but can't deal with real boxers with movement. Pascal, if he can keep from pulling a Jermain Taylor in the last third of the fight, should frustrate Cloud all night with his fast in and out movement. Cloud will swing for the fences but struggle. Good fight. Hope it actually happens.
I went with a Pascal decision. Stronger resume, great speed / strength and he's had experience with Cloud-type fighters (albeit slower with Froch.) Good scrap, but Cloud will definitely struggle after his Campillo debacle.
