May be a harder night than many think for Green. Saica has a puncher's chance, simple as that.

All of the thinking part of Australia will be in Danny Green's corner tonight though.

(nice to see Ash on board with that shiny new Danny Green avitar too!)

This is where I differ from many here by the looks of it.
I support who I like the most, not because of where they come from.
Similar here, I quite liked Green before the Mandy fight, and even for a while after, however his attitude over the last couple years has had a down turn IMO.
Well, from what we see in the media anyhow, and that's the only way I get to see him.

Not sure who I'm supporting for this fight. On one hand it wouldn't bother me to see Greens ego get a pasteing, on the other I don't know or care much for Siaca.
    Flip a coin.

Did he say that in his book (sorry havent read it...)?? Did he describe the house he owned? lol  There's quite a few suburbs around australia where real estate isnt eactly in demand :deal (not to mention 1991 you could get a house in perth for around 50K)

Very true mate cheap back then....however before he made any money in boxing he had several houses and businesses....and bring that little old house forward to 2010 and its worth $500k or more.

Fact it without boxing he would have been very well off anyway

Funny you should post a pic of Green with a sign in the background saying "Winners never quit. Quitters never win".

    Oh the irony!

I will back Greeny to win as he's an Oz fighter but I fully agree with Hmmm on his views on Green.

The $1.70 Green by stoppage looks pretty safe bet.

**** me siaca must have been a monster middleweight - he's a big guy. Wonder why he didn't campaign there for longer assuming he could make weight easily enough.

I followed Green most of his fights, but i backed Mundine in their fight so that was one occassion i didn't.

Since the epiphany i'v gone off him a bit. Cheered for him to beat that dud mexican b4 the RJJ/Lacy fight but that was it. I cheered for RJJ because of the legend status and the fact he came to Oz and fought, and i will be cheering for Siaca just because Green is such a big head he's turned me off.
