Calm down their little guy. PAC and Jones are completely different fighters but both have an extreme abundance of Talent. Jones is more polished and has a flash style that catches the eye of the audience, but PAC has a different style...it's more of a pressure style that audiences love.

Which is why PAC's stock went far and beyone Jones. Who is the better fighter....I'd have to go with jones but only b/c he showed some AMAZING craft in the ring, but PAC has faught and tested himself agaisnt the BEST in the sport, not just his respective division something Jones hadn't done since his days at 160 and 168.

To say PAC is nothing "Special" is laughable only b/c it shows your lack of common sense. JMM is nothing special, neither is EM or MAB all of whom PAC has beaten and in convinging fashion. Jones on the other hand has lost convingingly agaisnt guys who are far beneath his talent level....taver, Glenn ect.

Some fanatics are a bit out there but there are jsut as many HATERS of PAC as there are fanatics and both sound completely ******ed....there is a middle line that PAC fits perfectly in.

He's a great talent...the best in his division, one of the best P4P and a future ATG. That is one hell of a "Nothing special Fighter" as some posters here seem to think.:rofl Now...is he a "GOD"....:nut Hell no...is he the next coming of SRR?:nut **** no! but he is one of the best in the last 15 or 20 years at the lower weight classes.

WTF?:huh Where the hell is the logic in this ******ed statement? PAC just beat JMM and you're saying PAC should be below Juan on the P4P list?:patsch That's like giving the championship to the looser in a 12 round fight.

Like I said, I was only making a case for Floyd Mayweather Jr being chosen over Manny as the greatest of his generation. He is more consistant, is more skilled, and has won many more titles at different weights. If I was to make a case for Floyd being greater than Manny, I'd reiterate all of those points.

If I was making a case for Paquiao on the otherhand, I'd start by making the point that he is far more active than Floyd. Additionally, he has beaten three Hall of famers, regardless of their age, whereas Floyd has only defeated 2 (if you include Hatton). I 'spose it'd be relevant to also access both fighters styles, and credit Pac for being the more exciting.

Still, from my point of view, Floyd Mayweather Jr has the best case out of two fighters. Want to disagree? Fine. :good

As long as we're in agreement that Pacman has never defeated Juan Manuel Marquez in convincing fashion. :-(

Right there....."Special" may not have been your choice of words but saying he's nothing great when he's beaten GREAT fighters doens't make much sense.....that kind of like saying Mike Tyson should have kept his titles in Toyko in 1990 after being KO'd by Buster. Just not a lot of sense supporting your statment.

I agree about the Wlad inclusion, however I have Manny 0-2 against Marquez, and have Vasquez 2-1 over his main rival, so I'd have Vasquez above Pac. :good

Of course not...JMM is a great fighter and a very technical boxer. He's a tough cookie for ANYONE today or in the past. PAC won and won legitimately in a very close competitive fight. Any unbaised fan would agree. At the end of the day the right man won but both men's stocks rose....so they both win....PAC just a little more.

Marquez has the exact style that would be bad for Pac, I think most people would agree, yet he still beat him. Give some credit...:hi:
