Jay just stands too tall he got hit with bombs he could've avoided. He's young and he'll only get better.

Round one made him overexcited and overconfident, he should have boxed.

  5. Is it just me or was this the best contender series ever?

Uhhhhhhh... :err :err :err :err :err

You're not the first person I've heard make this distressing comment...

Ok, I was there. It was awesome. But guys, this is still 2007. Both Vazquez-Marquez I and II took place this year. I know it seems like forever ago, but the first fight was in March. The second in August. Best case scenario for ANY fight is to come in third. To say that Codrington-Bika is the front runner for the 2007 FOTY bronze medal would not be inappropriate (although I have it neck and neck with Calzaghe-Kessler, which I found positively thrilling for different reasons) - at least until Saturday, when Mosley-Cotto is likely to take that spot.

  9. YES:yep Bika would probaly KO him again but let's see it again:hi:

I think Codrington is ruined. Not sure he should fight again.

Ruined? He was very much in that fight, up until that round. In the live audience I was certain for most of the rounds following the first that Bika was about to be knocked out.
