Having 4 slices of wholemeal bread toast with butter and coffee is that a bad part of a diet?

Change the coffee for Tea with extra milk then add 4 or 5 digestives, although Rich tea biscuits are better if you are training.

I don't think the coffee is that bad as long as it's not a ton of it and it's not full of sugar and cream.
Variety is always better. Instead of 4 pieces of toast with butter why not try 1 or 2 with peanut butter and a piece of fruit like an apple or banana.

Dietary cholesterol is not the same as blood cholesterol. In other words, eating cholesterol will not increase blood cholesterol levels. Eating loads of saturated fats will increase cholesterol levels. Peanut butter (sorry Ahmed I need to say this), contains large amounts of polyunsaturated fats as well as protein.

Switch to peanut butter as other have said. I buy a wholenut nut peanut butter made from nothing else but 100% peanut so no additives or added fat and sugar. Fats in nuts are regarded as good fats and peanuts are one of the better nuts health wise though technically it's a legume rather than a nut.

Coffee like everything else is fine in moderation. As long as you are not adding sugar or full fat milk. Infact Coffee has many health benefits. It contains an anti-carcinogen, has been shown to decrease chances of alzheimers, parkinsons, type 2 diabetes and liver disease. I drink 1-2 cups a day, black, no sugar.

Beware that peanut butter is high in calories though. So you can't have 4 pieces of toast with a ton of PB on it.

It is good for you. But variety is better. 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and fruit would be best. There's more to a healthy diet than protein and carbs you need a variety of vitamins and minerals as well.

Tea has more caffene in it than Coffee, change that to Water, the bread you should stay away from to be honest with you and Butter well you should already know that one.

Not true. Normal tea has three times as less caffeine than coffee, green tea about ten times.
