Im a full time pro and have a coffee everyday with my lunch with 1 sweetner and a dash of skimmed milk,but wen i tell this 2 other boxing people they say i should cut it out,but they never give me good reason,i dont c how 1 cup a day can b bad,any info much appreciated.
1 or 2 cups of coffee a day will not harm you or affect you in any way. its a good stimulent , only think it might harm you is if you take it near bed time and you struggle to sleep.

A little coffee is actually good for you. Just don't drink a whole pot.. Full of anti oxidants, caffein in small amounts isn't bad for you at all, is actually a good stimulant that helps transport some B vitamins.
1 cup a day is not bad for you at all. It has antioxidants so it actually has benefits. These are usually the same people who are sucking down five soda's a day but fail to see how it's bad for them.
yeah, I used to think it was bad for you, but then I read a few articles online talking about how it reduced cancer risks and what not (wasn't exactly relevant to me), then starting noticing that it was a decent thing - the caffeine is beneficial in proportionate amounts, it has a bunch of natural ingredients in it. I wouldn't put any artificial sweetener in it though. and I may be incorrect, but I thought I saw dlh drinking a cup on one of the 24/7 episodes. whatever. **** tastes great, so yeah...
Coffee helps me get up. If i can get up, I can go for a run. Running is good for boxing. Coffee is therefore good for boxing.
:rofl Every once in a while I give in to all the hype and think, you know I should really cut back on how much coffee I drink. And every time without fail I end up drinking almost twice as much.
