Except you get addicted to it after years of doing this, and your brain won't function as well without it. That said, however, it's not a big deal since you can always just keep drinking coffee.
You just blew my mind. I've always been kind of anti-caffeine, and therefore anti-coffee. I just seem to be really sensitive to caffeine, I like the initial buzz, but then I always feel goofy a few hours later. Plus, I can't get past the taste of coffee. Wasn't aware of all the antioxidant benefits, though. Anyone know if certain teas have all the same antioxidants as coffee?
I'm a recent fan of the old coffee. Never touched the stuff until I turned 20, then realised the pleasure of it.
There have been a zillion studies done on the health benefits (or detriments) of coffee. The results have been mixed. I have a strong suspicion that the findings tend to vary depending on who commissions the study. You can be sure that one cup a day ain't gonna have much effect either good or bad.
i think more and more you will find people saying that 1-2 cups a day is good for you. just don't load it up witht he fatty cream and sugar.
Real men could give a **** if their teeth are a little stained, especially if they can simply use some whitening tooth paste every day. :good
