Except you get addicted to it after years of doing this, and your brain won't function as well without it. That said, however, it's not a big deal since you can always just keep drinking coffee.

    You just blew my mind.

I've always been kind of anti-caffeine, and therefore anti-coffee. I just seem to be really sensitive to caffeine, I like the initial buzz, but then I always feel goofy a few hours later. Plus, I can't get past the taste of coffee. Wasn't aware of all the antioxidant benefits, though. Anyone know if certain teas have all the same antioxidants as coffee?

Green Tea is loaded with antioxidants and the caffeine buzz isn't as harsh as coffee.

I'm a recent fan of the old coffee. Never touched the stuff until I turned 20, then realised the pleasure of it.

There have been a zillion studies done on the health benefits (or detriments) of coffee. The results have been mixed. I have a strong suspicion that the findings tend to vary depending on who commissions the study. You can be sure that one cup a day ain't gonna have much effect either good or bad.

    Creamer ruins the taste.

Real men could give a **** if their teeth are a little stained, especially if they can simply use some whitening tooth paste every day. :good
