There's a single round - the 4th - of the first Bob Baker match (actually their fourth match altogether; Baker lost to Wallace in the 1948 Golden Gloves and then avenged himself in the '49 tourney, said to have "whipped him once in the amateurs and twice in the pros", thrice in all, with the first pro meeting at the Cleveland Armory being the go-ahead installment of the ultimately one-sided tetralogy) plus the 8th/9th/10th frames against Ezzard Charles on YouTube...but that looks to be it.

Not holding my breath for his initial claim-to-fame amateurs victory over Rocky Marciano. :sisi1 It was at the NY GG tourney in '48, which makes it as likely a candidate as any amateur bout back in those days to be filmed, but I doubt it.

Would be very keen to see any video with him sparring Joe Louis, whose career overlapped his by a couple of years and whom Coley would portray in not one but two motion pictures. I know they met, and would imagine/hope that Joe could've been a consultant on his own biopic, so there's a chance they laced up for at the very least a light spar.

From the little we have to go by, he wasn't a bad fighter at all, for a mob property (® Blinky Palermo). No shame losing to guys like Baker or Jimmy Bivins, let alone the great Charles - and like all of them, in today's era he would probably be contending at Cruiser as opposed to heavyweight. Standing at 6'2" with 78" reach, a heavy jab, good fundamentals, a naturally relaxed demeanor in the ring (though almost to a fault, ponderous in the same manner as the near-contemporary he played on the silver screen), and sneaky pop (according to Baker, a few shots nearly put him in dire straits in their pro rematch at MSG, fourth encounter overall) - he would probably be of some use in the division if he were to have come around when it existed.
