Quite shocking to see Colin Lynes being sick in the ring last night (no Homo); felt really sorry for him, shows how much he must of pushed himself. He set me to thinking, this must have happened before in boxing because of very nature of what they're doing. I have a vague recollection of Holyfield doing it once maybe? I definitely remember watching another fight where the final bell went and the boxer just vommited everywhere, any ideas?! I know it's a bit of a 'sick' thread, but I was just wondering.........:think
Amazing how he managed to keep it in until the bell (no homo) ...... Can you imagine if he'd done it onto Holyfield during an exchange?! Now I've seen alot of things in boxing, but never that! Serious question....... What would actually happen if a boxer vommited onto the other guy during the fight? Would the fight be stopped because of the danger of harmful exchange of body fluids? :think
He started wretching, after a body punch (in one of those fights). Think it was stopped after that happened actually.
I'm sure it has happened before mate, I'm just surprised it doesn't happen more often considering what these guys put themselves through though
Definitely happened to Lynes before. First thing that sprung to mind was when Olusegun stopped him & something similar happened
As Baj said he had this before, TBH Lenny out boxed him and pushed him to such a pace he couldn't handle it. I didn't like the excuses made after Lenny in his pomp had Colin's number. I think he looked tense last night, dunno what it is but he does it quite a lot..
