From 1 to 4 how would Collins, Eubank, Calzaghe and Benn be ranked on career legacy and success?

    I rate in this order:

    Benn

    Calzaghe

    Eubank

    Collins

I would say Benn and Collins faced the toughest challenges.....Calzaghes record is very padded but he has a great record....

Benns win against Gman is better than anything Calzaghe could boast...a win against an elite fighter in his prime,,,

Colins at least faced Mike Mcullum etc....Joe owes Frank Warren alot of BJs for rapping him up in cotton wool hiding behind the Warren Boxing organistaion strap

Is this part of ESB's A Very Calzaghe Christmas............?

WTF is up with all the Calzaghe threads the last few days?

(In fairness, at least this isn't one of the ridiculous ones.)

Have to laugh at some of the ones putting Collins last considering he beat Benn and Eubanks twice and retired after 7 or 8 title defences. He only lost to 3 good fighters-all title fights and better fighters at the time than anything calzaghe (i dont count 40-something finished fighters) or eubanks fought-Benns excluded cos hes shown balls in fighting anyone

    Resume
1.Collins-he beat 2 of the other 3 ffs.Plus,he fought Mike McCallum who was better than anyone the other 3 fought.
2.Tie between Benn and Eubank.McClellan and Benn are overrated, but they're still tough *******s.
4.Calzaghe.From all contris on this board,JC should have a better resume due to Frank Warren,as I personally don't know why Frank was the way he was.

    Greatness
Calzaghe was defo better than the other 3 and would have beaten them.
