I never claimed to have colorized the Dempsey footage. Go ahead and demonstrate otherwise before you start yapping like a moron. You did absolutely nothing novel or useful in “cutting out the clips.” I never used anything that you’ve created or done. Quite frankly I don’t know who tf you are. Please stop taking credit for something you had zero help or influence in doing. I used a digital blu ray copy of the documentary that I found myself (it isn’t hard). I’ve always proudly cited the Smithsonian as the source for those clips. In fact, here is my pinned comment from my Dempsey video: “Note: I did not colorize this footage. This footage was colorized by a firm called Composite Films for a documentary aired by The Smithsonian called "America in Color." I highly recommend watching it if you are into history and film restoration. They did a fantastic job.” Even linking the websites to the Smithsonian as well as Composite Films in the videos description. I DID however colorize the Joe Louis footage that I use. Such as this one: This content is protected Go ahead and show me where I copied this clip from. You can’t, because I spent all my vacation in Miami painstakingly doing this and other clips frame by frame. How’s it feel to be a dumbass?
So making something new and original out of someone else's work is plagerism, but just cuting a bit of someone's work and posting that is somehow fine? Apparently people with no talent create original works, while all the really talented people do nothing. What a heap of nonsensical garbage. He clearly credits where he got the Dempsey footage from too.
