Would it be better repeat 3 times "shadow boxing (1 min) + jump rope (1 min)" (total - 6 min per "round") and then rest 1-2 min, or rather to do shadow boxing (3 min), then jump rope (3 min) and then rest (1 min)? If it depends on exercises or on time intervals, please, explain it to me.

wall sits are essential boxing workout, you cant make it without it.. dont ever do shadow boxing & jump rope without the wall
man you got your answer, what else do you want? you`ll get better, just try with this routine and inform us here about your improvements when doing wall sits do some variations like being on toes, heels, hands in the air. the best way would be to film it and upload it here so we can tell you is that right or not. posture and COG position are most important parts of wall sits so dont forget about it! good luck
