I found this list on the comcast site. It is boxers and mixed martial artists. I found it very hard to believe that Chris John is ahead of Cotto and Israel Vasquez, and even though he "beat" JMM, no way he should be ahead of him. Calzaghe ahead of Margarito? I thought it said "toughest." I guess, thanks for doing your homework comcast! http://www.comcast.net/sports/top25fighters/slideshow/view/1
The joke is this, the top 25 toughest fighters should consist of nothing but MMA fighters. The fact that boxers are even on this list is ridiculous. BTW, Kimbo cant handle MMA which is why he is not on this list. And I am sorry, Ali was a great BOXER, but he will never be in the same neighborhood as a MMA fighter. It should be Fedor #1, Silva #2. Wait, so because I'm a ****ing ***** that needs to dive at your legs, hump you on the ground, and twist on your arm until you say "uncle" - that means I'm the toughest guy on the planet??? Real men like to wrestle and nibble on some other dude's nuts... Uh huh. Yeah.... Tough.
Chris John considered the best featherweight of all-time by some? Wladimir Klitschko on a list of the toughest fighters in the world? :rofl
Margarito should never be above Calzaghe. The list IS **** though, most Yanks have never heard of Fedor because he wont suck the UFC's ****, so thats why alot buy into the hype of Anderson Silva. Fedor should be number one the rest of the world are his bitches. FACT! But i must stress the list is ****.
Very UFC heavy list...with many, MANY fighters left off (both from MMA and boxing). The sheer fact that Wlad is ahead of Izzy Vazquez on that list is utter insanity. When I think pure skill, I think Wlad...when I think tough, I think of Izzy. I have plenty more problems with the list...but that was the biggest one.
Joan Guzman should be listed higher. It takes a real man to put health and family first in the face of massive financial loss and ridicule from the press.
