almost all people are moving them down the list. they have a point..vasquez and marquez may not be the same the next time they fought. makes me wonder if they fight lopez at once, who would be the betting favorite...

who knows what kind of fighter in them would show up when they return into action. i can't speculate. they deserve the rest and i still envision that they are the same fighter now as they were a year ago..with that, they retain their spot in the top 10 p4p

they have been inactive for a year not, yet vazquez is still in the top 5..i wonder how would the ring magazine rank them come march..would he stay at 5 or move a couple of notches down..

almost one week more, we'll see what the ring magazine and yahoo sports does to the inactivity factor of these two 122 pounders...dan rafael would most likely remove them from the list...make way for caballero, the new 122 top fighter...but i think lopez is the real interim king

Lopez's biggest win is against Ponce De Leon, an awkward brawler with a big punch but no skill's, in fact he look's downright amateur at time's and i do not rate him.
The potential is clear to see and i have no doubt Lopez will be top ten soon enough but I'd like to see him fight better opposition before giving him such a high ranking.

No the should still be in there, those three fights were brutal, but if they do not have a fight when it comes to 18 months, I might change my mind.

Anybody could alter their p4p rankings based on their own criteria.

But if you're talking of the official Ring P4P list . . . probably not. The fighters in that list only loses their rankings via loss in the ring.
