Your knockdown of him - though it was a clubbing right that caught him atop the head perhaps more with your wrist than your fist - looks just as legit as his 'knockdown' of you under not dissimilar circumstances, just a couple of minutes earlier at the end of the 2nd:

Both are borderline calls, really. Did the ref officially rule you down in the 2nd? (...you can't really tell from the video, but it does list you as getting knocked down on Boxrec, leading me to believe he may have?).

If so, that is unfair, but if he called it the same both ways (since you essentially just clubbed each other down with your arms more than anything, not so much with either of your gloves touching legal scoring areas) then at least the calls were consistent and you can't really argue with it.
