Come On Ricky Hatton, Knock Mayweather Out, You Can Do It!

What are the odds in this fight? You guys act like Ricky has no chance.He does,dude:twisted:.Saw where Oscar said this was going to be a very close and good fight--could go either way. He saw it much like Duran-Leonard. I don't know about you, but I don't see much "Sugar Ray" in Mayweather. On the contrary, he could be in for a very long night.

 

reality? the reality is that mayweather is a phenomenom who will outclass hatton.

hatton is not arrogant, but he is not as humble as he makes himself out to be. honestly, the whole 'common man' act is getting old and annoying to me. he always talks about how down to earth he is.

mayweather is only an obstreporous ass when he is on t.v. - to get views, make money....it's all business. he talks so much **** to fighters to get inside their head - and it works. not as much on hatton as dlh, but nonetheless. This guy is smart; he knows how to manipulate the public....it's why he has 24/7 and dudes who have never seen boxing before watching his fight. In truth, he's a decent guy. watch him around his kids (24/7) or in a conversation where there is no 'pressure' and you see the charisma and amiability.

Anyway, I love the connotation of this thread. It's like idealized hope of the slim chance of ricky landing that one punch so that mayweather will shut up. sorry, it won't happen, luck will not be a factor, and you will see a gifted technician roll through another challenge.

 

:good i agree. Floyd is putting on an act to sell and people are eating it up. I cant recall Floyd acting like this before the DLH fight.

And anyway Hatton is just as disrespectful as floyd is because the only reason this fight is even taken place is because Hatton's "These 4 rounds of my fight with Castillo is more exciting than Floyd whole career" Statment

Oscar when he threw punches pretty much had his way with Floyd which is why he would smile after he got a smackdown. I think that fight was fixed.
I will give mayweather props when he beats a great fighter...

Floyd is going to beat hattons ass. And the reason Floyd smiled at ODH b/c he was missing shots and Floyd was landing clean and flush no matter what ODH did. ODH only stayed in the fight b/c he kept a tight guard but Floyd made it a close fight on purpose and could of beat down ODH earlier but as he said that made the fight looked fixed on the side to make ODH look good. "The world wanted a good fight, the world did not want to see me humiliate ODH." That was a fixed fight and if you know Mayweather you know he was punching gloves intentionally and obviously holding back. He said ODH was easy to hit as he did later on in the fight when playtime was over.
