    Why are people using Margarito's performance against Williams to rate what will happen against Cotto????:nut

    Williams is nothing like Cotto. Infact, Cintron is closer to Cotto's style than Williams is to Cotto's.

    well they are both kind of come forward type fighters who throw a lot of volume and have shitty defense so I could see some similarities.

    Cotto is like neither PW or Cintron. He has a unique blend of skill and strength. . . AM is gonna have to bring his A+ game to beat him.

    The best tool AM brings to this match IMO is his chin, if he can walk through Cottos best and deliver his best I belive Cottos chin will crack before AM's ever does.

    Probably to show how Margarito was outboxed by Williams and to show that Cotto could do the land as he is the more accurate puncher and probably the more intelligent fighter.

    I agree mate, Cotto is better than Willaims and Cintron and if Margarito is gonna win he better bring his A+ game. I like both guys, so either win will be good, buit I dont wanna see Cottos momentiom to slow down now so im goin for Miguel

    Vargas beat Winky who beat Tito who destroyed Vargas.
    Vargas was more technically gifted than Tito.

    Or Mayorga beat Forrest who beat Mosley who beat Oscar who destroyed Mayorga.

    It can simply be another case of Cotto beat Quintana who beat Williams who beat Margarito who will beat Cotto. Why not.

    Just because Cotto beat Quintana who beat Williams who beat Margo, doesn't not automatically mean Cotto will beat Margarito. And you cannot measure a guy using another boxer with a completely different style.

    None of this really matters. Differnt fighters different styles different days different nights. Some people are taylor made for some, some may have your number that night or maybe even a lucky punch that particular day. Cant compare by these stats

    Well on the general level, Williams is not a fighter you should lose to, no matter the style differences, if you are going to beat Miguel Cotto.

    Williams is simply not that good.
