do any one think he could come back now and compete at the same level,or do you think that a big gap in your training at his age could prove to be too much.

i was sort of hoping that the supersix winner would have a crack ,but i hope it dont happen now as i fear joe could lose.

    your thoughts?

I started a thread asking this question the other day. I think there is a fairly slim possibility that if Froch went through the tournament undefeated and beacame the undisputed Champ that Joe would fancy a crack. The reasons being that the money would be humungas due to the super 6 exposure and also to shut froch up.

That is the only scenario where I could envisage him coming back. Certainly I also think it would take 10-15 million££££££££££££'s

i think kessler will prob win the super 6 in that case no point..the way i see it its about getting yourself motivated is there a fight out there that brings some serious $$$$ and further strengthens his legacy...i think not...even if froch wins and his undefeated if joe kicks his ass i can imagine ppl saying froch is 1 dimensional ect..

Does not matter how much people hate froch. If he were to remain undefeated in winning the super six (and I'm by no means saying he will) then everyone will have to give him serious props one dimensional or not.

A longer lay-off didn't seem to affect Floyd, but if Joe came back he wouldn't be cherrypicking from two divisions below. A fully fit Kessler high as a kite after Super Six victory may be a bridge too far while simultaneously trying to shake off ring rust. I think the only way he comes back is if Froch wins it, as I think Joe would be supremely confident of beating Carl and I think he would like to shut the Cobra's mouth. I don't believe Froch will win the Super Six though, so I say it won't happen.
