My guess is that he wants to distance himself from Conte. I don't think he anticipated it being much of a problem. He's on the verge of being a star now, having any connection with a guy like Conte can bite you in the ass.

IF you want best practice go to the horse racing industry they test for all drugs! us Olympic drug testing have hidden positive tests for US athletes in the past. Go to the racing Authority if u can not use it on a racing animal", boxers shouldn't be using it! Then again maybe the horses can use some of crackhead SR bullet proof drug incase they break a leg.

He was tested at the hospital where they took him and treated/tested him for over three hours due to his 'phantom' concussion.

Conti has to be on the 'watch list' now. He does need to do something to make a living. Perhaps he had studied nutrition as part of what he was doing before? I just can't believe Ward can't find someone else as qualified. Hey CHEF! (I'm pretty sure he is based in California)

Chambers and Ward both started working with Victor Conte before logging their career best performances. It is pretty suspect.

All of a sudden everybody is being accused of "using" after the mayweather/pac saga.

Look at Conte's list of clients. They are either bodybuilders or athletes who got caught. It's a who's who of drug cheats. He can hind behind this idea of being a nutritionist but you just have to put two and two together. He's only ever worked with cheats and he uses quotes like "I can beat the system" as a badge of honour.

There is genuine reason to be suspicious of any athlete who uses Conte. Even if they believe to be clean, I think he'd lie to them and they won't leave him, if he's making them win.

As a nutritionist, there are better ones which is why Conte cheated sport in the first place. If he was the best, he wouldn't have had to be that way, which makes you wonder why athletes are still using a nutritionist, who isn't the best at what he does and will also bring a load of question marks with him.

Would anyone on here use him? Over someone like Ariza? Of course not.

Some things about Conte. For starters he isn't a personal trainer or dietician. If you wanted to improve your diet you hire CHEF, if you want to improve your training you hire Macky Shilstone. Conte is a steroid man, his business was making undectable steroids, and just because he got in trouble with highly regulated and centralized sports, like track and field, baseball and football, does not mean he would not continue his business in a decentralized sport like boxing.

In my opinion, anyone that hires Conte is doing it for roids, especially when Chambers and Ward were talking about paying something like $5,000 in services per training camp, you could buy all of the supplements listed on Conte's website and it would still only run you something like $600 a month.

I suspect every athlete working with Conte. He has no record of helping elite athletes who are clean. Everyone he's helped has either been caught or is heavily suspected of being caught.
