USADA are toothless. I'd like to see VADA become the standard. It's very hard to dodge the random nature of their testing during a camp. Armstrong is a totally different case. He was using cycling (pun not intended) and blood transfusions, something that is very difficult if not impossible to do during a boxing training camp.

 

why would that be difficult ? it takes 10 minutes

Not true, I remember one boxer he was working with failed VADA and Conte immediately distanced himself from him.

VADA just keep catching people after years of USADA failing to do so, can't say fairer than that.
