Yeah.... but they didn't look like particularly good punches.

Can't win a fight with pitter patter, especially against the home town favourite.

He spent half the fight running and posturing..... thought he was ****ing Sugar Ray Leonard!

He's a super heavy, can't expect him to work at Pacquaio's pace. He landed several body shots and a great uppercut that didn't score.

From BBC: In the last few minutes India have lodged an official protest against the referee's decision in Vijender Singh's bout against England's Anthony Ogogo. The hearing will take place after today's bouts.

:fire If anything the English should complain about the judging.

The Indian was 3-0 going into the last but Ogogo should have easily being in front. Ogogo went for it in the 4th and the Indian kept holding, after a few warnings the ref gave Ogogo two points. Even after that, Singh kept spoiling, holding, pulling Ogogo's head down etc. After numerous other warnings the ref gave Ogogo another two points right at the end making it 4-3 to the Englishman.

Justice was served tbh cos Ogogo was proper getting jobbed.

Hope that all makes sense

He has a lot of potential, and the fact he was born 5 minutes away from me means that I hope he does well :yep

The North East boxing scene needs all the help it can get, and if Saunders turned over it would be a big boost.

Not surprised they're protesting about the Ogogo bout. But certainly hope it gets thrown out, fingers crossed but worried.

If it does get accepted, the England team should appeal too and insist on the judges rewatching and rescoring that fight. See if they can notice those half-a-dozen flush shots they were blind to first time round.

    "17:56 Boxing
We've had it confirmed that India's protest against English boxer Anthony Ogogo's victory over Vijender Singh has been thrown out. Ogogo goes through to his middleweight final."

Restores your faith in human nature, that does.
