Choose two similar fights in terms of how the action unfolds - e.g. one fighter controls the entire first half, the other fighter comes back and controls the second half.

I’m sure there are plenty of examples but a pair of fights I always think of as companions in terms of the way the action unfolds are Alexis Arguello-Alfredo Escalera 2 and Salvador Sanchez v Azumah Nelson:
The champions Arguello and Sanchez control the early action and build a lead through knockdowns. The challengers Escalera and Nelson rally over the second half, imposing their wills on the champions and putting them under immense pressure before the champs rally themselves and score KOs.

    Any other examples?

DLH-Mosley I was similar, only it wasn't 1st 1/2 rather an ebb n flow fight where both controlled & dominated the rounds they won, not edging it. Mid rounds I think was all DLH, fights end it was Shane.

    Holmes vs Norton.

Jose Napoles vs Curtis Cokes 1
    Roman Gonzalez vs Akira Yaegashi

Both men dominate their skilled, champion opponents with aggressive technique, nimble pressing footwork, blistering combinations and power, rarely getting hit in return, and leading to a later stoppage / KO.
